Student Biography: La Pinata  My name is Joel Altamirano, I was born and raised here in Santa Maria California. I live with my  family of eight, which are my parents, 2 brothers and 3 sisters. For fun I like to play video games or  hangout with my friend, and I recently liked to learn sign language on my free time. My plans after high  school is to find a job that provide for me and my family or also plan on joining the navy.  With my artwork and my refrain, I had the idea of giving the meaning of life and success. Giving  a deep to the game of piñata, as we know play with the piñata by being blindfolded, spin and try to hit  the target and eventually we hit the piñata with candy as a reward at the end. And with life we are blind  from the future and goal but at the end we succeed, and we achieve those goals.
